The RDA Steering Committee (RSC) is the governing body responsible for the development and maintenance of Resource Description and Access (RDA), the international cataloging standard for libraries, archives, and museums. The RSC oversees the intellectual content of RDA, managing its evolution as a descriptive cataloging framework that succeeds the Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules (AACR2).
