ISA Commons is the community behind the ISA (Investigation-Study-Assay) framework and associated open-source tools for creating, managing, and sharing structured experimental metadata. The ISA framework provides a general-purpose data model and serialization formats (ISA-Tab and ISA-JSON) that enable standardized description of multi-omics experiments, supporting reproducibility and data sharing across life science disciplines.
